- The prelude: From the stand, we immediately dive into the historic heart of the city. Passing by the delicate architecture of Palais Ferstel, the scenery opens up to the majestic Hofburg. We glide through the Michaelertrakt into the Inner Burghof to Heldenplatz — the place where history becomes the present.
- The elegance of the magnificent buildings: The carriage takes on a beat that matches the cobblestones. You'll see the entire splendor of the Hofburg, the discreet Pallavicini Palace and pass icons: the venerable Augustinian Church and the legendary Hotel Sacher, including the Vienna State Opera, and much more. Highlights of the tour are certainly the passages across the Vienna Graben, continuing past St. Stephen's Cathedral.
- The big arc of the ring road: From the picturesque alleys and squares around Cafe Central, we head towards the famous ring road. This is where the vision of the monarchy unfolds in its entirety. We pass the Burgtheater and the neo-Gothic town hall.
- The final passage: The journey continues in time with the hooves, past the historic university, the famous Landtmann coffee house and Sisi's favorite garden, the Volksgarten. Through the Spanish Riding School, across Augustiner Straße, we close the circle.

Our classic round trips start at the official horse-drawn carriage stands in the 1st district, primarily at the Albertina and Stephansplatz. We strongly recommend booking online via our website. This is the only way we can guarantee you your desired time and avoid waiting times. For exclusive experiences such as honeymoon trips or riding dinners, the pick-up location will be arranged individually with you.
